Education Week Student Art Display at the Brighouse Richmond Public Library
Please join us at 7 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 for a viewing of art work completed by students with Aboriginal ancestry in the Richmond School District at the Brighouse branch of the Richmond Public Library.
Open House Field Trip to Nicola Valley Institute of Technology
This field trip is for Aboriginal youth in high schools who are interested in, or would like to learn more about post-secondary education at Nicola Valley Institute of Technology in Burnaby. The purpose of the day is to introduce students to opportunities for post-secondary education at NVIT in fields such as criminology, early childhood education, general arts, environmental resource technology, social work, chemical addictions, and health care.
This field trip will take pace on Thursday, February 20, 2014. Lunch will be provided.
The first departure will be from Boyd at 8:30 AM (return to Boyd will be at 3 pm)
The second departure will be from McRoberts at 8:45 AM (return to McRoberts at 2:45 pm)
The third departure will be from Cambie at 9 AM (return to Cambie at 2:30 pm)
